GLUTEN FREE COOKIES

Ingredients:

130g almond meal

2.5 tbs melted coconut oil
30g cacao nibs

2 tbs maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Method: Preheat oven to 170 Celsius. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Bake for 13-15 mins until golden.
