BEETROOT DIP

BEETROOT DIP

Great for cleansing the system, high in Zinc, Vitamin C and Iron.

1 average size beetroot

1 cup toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds pinch of cayenne pepper

1 tsp mustard seeds

Juice of 2 lemons

½ cup of water

½ tsp Celtic salt.

 

Method:

Blend in food processor.
